Rady Children's Health is committed to supporting employees as they learn, grow, and advance in their careers. The Education Reimbursement Program was established to offer financial assistance to eligible employees pursuing self-development through higher education.
Tuition reimbursement
You have access to a tuition reimbursement benefit of $10,000 per year. You must have at least one year of service and regularly work the minimum required hours to be eligible (20 or more hours per week for Orange County employees, and 18 or more hours per week for San Diego employees; per diem employees are not eligible).

Student loan refinancing
Rady Children's Health has partnered with SoFi to offer employees a solution to handling student debt. SoFi consolidates and refinances both federal and private student loans, including those with Parent PLUS loans. Fixed and variable rate options are available.
