Onsite behavioral health counseling is available to all Rady Children's Health associates and medical staff through Evernorth in Orange County.
San Diego employees: We are in the process of launching a new resource for the San Diego region and will provide more details soon.
Evernorth provides confidential counseling to help with a wide range of personal and professional challenges, including:

Whether you’re facing a specific difficulty or simply working toward personal growth and emotional resilience, you have access to professional support designed to promote overall well-being.
Sessions are offered both in person and virtually. In-person appointments take place at Commerce Tower, Suite 400, in Orange, with additional locations available to provide convenient access for associates and physicians. Morning, daytime and evening appointments are available to fit different schedules and make it easy to find a time that works.
Counseling services are provided by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Dana Timmermans, LMFT, employed by Evernorth. While therapy services include a broad scope of emotional and mental health support, medication management is not available. If a need for medication is identified, appropriate referrals will be provided.
